Meleah oversees Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA risk adjustment analytics and services at Episource, providing strategy and direction for risk programs of all sizes. She has over 10 years’ experience within healthcare organizations as well as vendor/consultant organizations.

 

Austin leads and supports a variety of solutions and analytics for Pareto clients, focused primarily on evaluating the accuracy and completeness of clients’ revenue and end-to-end data accuracy. He has served multiple clients in the Commercial and Medicare Advantage space, identifying areas of risk within government submissions, opportunities for revenue recoupment and defining long-term strategies for analytics departments.
